Parma is in Ohio, in the Midwest, where summers are warm, winters are cold and snowy, and most errands are done by car; businesses keep steady year-round hours with the usual holiday changes. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Parma follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. Beware and avoid this place at all costs. I haven't lived here but people I know have. I have spent enough time there to put my two cents in. First things first, bed bugs, and management does the bare minimum and do not take it seriously nor do they seem to care they are putting the community in risk of spreading them, there is trash everywhere, broken outside lights and man doors, random people coming to your personal apartment doors due to lack of security measures at all hours of the night, filthy halls, main areas and parking lots and some tenants that don't help these problems. "its not just the managment causing this place to have 1 star" To management: Do better, its disgusting and unprofessional and not safe living conditions. To those looking for a new place to live, search elsewhere if you can, this place is not it. Reading management reaching out to people you state you care about these issues yet why do I see time and time again your lack of care or efforts provided to your paying tenants. Call to the health department is next.

Hallway pipe has been leaking and office was informed of this. Multiple weeks of disgusting water pouring onto the carpet. All weekend now putrid water has been gurgling up into the sink. Can't take your eyes off the sink because it is continuing to overflow. I mean BUCKETS of water over and over and not a single maintenance person on site all weekend. This is not the first time this has happened last year as well. There are so many other examples of the COMPLETE INCOMPETENCE FROM THIS MAINTENANCE CREW and management. Ceiling fan made loud noises and they came out multiple times to "fix" that and mangled the fan cover, they also did not reseal around that so chunks of he ceiling paint are peeling. Water bubbled up in wall next to shower and they patched it poorly and painted it a completely different color from the rest of the wall and informed us that it would dry the same but it's been several months and it's not even close to the same color. Water in the shower never turns off all the way and they have been out multiple times to "fix" that and it lasts a day or so but as pictured they manhandle the faucet in the process and it's destroyed the seal around it chunk of that fa

This place is a disaster. I hadn’t even been here a full week before roaches started showing up. There are literal holes in the ceilings by the elevators, trash is constantly left sitting in the hallways, and packages are getting stolen right out of the package room. The building feels completely neglected, like nobody cares about basic cleanliness or security. The only decent thing was the unit itselfβ€”it was cozyβ€”but that doesn’t make up for how awful everything else is. I would never recommend living here. Update: I moved out one day after posting my original review. Management promised a full refund for ending my lease early. It has now been 30 days since I returned the keys, and I have received nothing. I only stayed four days total. No refund, no communication, no accountability. Completely unacceptable. It was apt 0512 in building 1 Please beware!!!!

I did have the new owners at 2 stars but I fail to see how they aren't just new slum lords. I have been dealing with urine and water leaking from the bathroom ceiling fan for quite some time now, pretty much zero communication from the building. The pictures of the buckets are just a few I have of the piss I have collected from the ceiling leak. I fail to see how they have improved my building at all. Also my upstairs neighbors are monsters driving me insane, trouble falling asleep, getting woken up, God forbid you try to nap and have a heart attack from someone dropping weights or a domestic dispute. What an absolute mess of a building, any site that has this place above 2 stars is a scam and is lying. Their showcase pictures are fake as well. So, my time at Midtown Towers. I get to enjoy the site of trash, poop, pee, vomit, moldy ceiling tiles, poor parking, and unruly residents/children every day for a low low price of my sanity and money. The fire alarm goes off about once a month, power has gone out maybe 10 times in the past couple of years. My neighbor upstairs lets their children/dog, or I don't even know what, stomp around like there is no tomorrow, also there are loud ba
